DAKWAH, PESANTREN, DAN ENTREPRENEURSHIP DALAM PEMBERDAYAAN EKONOMI UMAT: STUDI KASUS KIAI BAQIR ADELAN DI KAWASAN PANTURA JAWA TIMUR

This study aims to analyze the integration of da'wah, pesantren, and entrepreneurship in empowering the Muslim community's economy in the North Coast (Pantura) of East Java through the case of KH. Baqir Adelan. The study is motivated by the persistent economic vulnerability of coastal communities and the limited research on the relationship between da'wah and pesantren-based entrepreneurship as a sustainable empowerment strategy. This research employs a qualitative approach using a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis, and were analyzed descriptively using triangulation techniques. The findings reveal that da'wah functions as an instrument for shaping work ethics and economic independence, while pesantren serves as a center for entrepreneurship development based on Islamic values. Their integration produces a contextual, transformative, and sustainable model of economic empowerment for coastal communities and highlights the strategic role of ulama leadership in strengthening the community economy.
