FENOMENA TERBELAHNYA LAUT DALAM QS THAHA AYAT 77: ANALISIS TAFSIR WAHBAH AL-ZUHAILI DENGAN PENDEKATAN SAINS MARITIM

The purpose of this study is to integrate the interpretation approaches of various scholars. and involve scientific perspectives related to the phenomenon. This study uses the Tafsir Tahlili method, namely an in-depth analysis of Surah Ṭāhā verse 77 including an explanation of various aspects of this verse, including the meaning of the words, historical context, and messages that can be taken from it. Surah Thaha verse 77 teaches belief in God's command, tawakkal, and steadfastness. The commentators agree that God ordered the Prophet Moses to strike the sea with a stick so that a dry path was formed. This incident confirms God's justice towards the wrongdoers and that God never breaks His promises. Rebekah Garratt and Rikesh Kunverji try to understand the miracle from a scientific perspective and the natural conditions at that time. They analyze that meteorological phenomena actually triggered the parting of the Red Sea by the Prophet Moses.
