All manuscripts submitted to Alamara: Jurnal Komunikasi dan Penyiaran must align with the Focus and Scope as well as the Author Guidelines of this journal. Submitted manuscripts must meet the criteria of scientific merit or novelty appropriate to the journal's focus and scope.
All manuscripts submitted to this journal must be written in good English. Authors who are not native English speakers are encouraged to check their manuscripts for grammar and clarity before submission. English editing and copyediting services can be provided by Science Editing. The manuscript must not have been previously published or submitted for publication elsewhere.
All submitted manuscripts must be free from plagiarism. All authors are advised to use plagiarism detection software to check for similarity (please use Turnitin or iThenticate for this purpose). Editors will also check the similarity of manuscripts submitted to this journal using Turnitin or iThenticate software.
Manuscripts submitted to this journal will be reviewed by at least 2 (two) or more expert reviewers. The reviewers provide valuable scientific feedback to improve the content of the manuscript. Occasionally (if required), a third reviewer may be involved to provide critical feedback on the submitted manuscript. The review process used in this journal follows a blind review system.
The final decision on manuscript acceptance is solely made by the Editor-in-Chief based on the critical feedback provided by reviewers. The final decision regarding a manuscript is based entirely on the Editor's final review, considering the reviewers' feedback (but not entirely determined by the reviewers).
The publication of accepted articles, including assigning articles to specific issues, will be determined by the Editor-in-Chief, considering the order of acceptance dates, the geographical distribution of authors, and thematic issues.
