Manajemen Resolusi Konflik Horizontal di PT BMB: Pendekatan Kolaboratif dalam Konteks Nilai Islam

Abstract
This article explores the management of horizontal conflict resolution in a business context, focusing on the internal conflict resolution among shareholders at PT BMB. Horizontal conflicts, which arise among individuals with equal power, can hinder the development of a company if not managed properly. By applying a collaborative approach that emphasizes mediation and negotiation, PT BMB successfully resolved its conflicts, reflecting Islamic values that support the maintenance of good relationships among parties. This research highlights the importance of effective communication and constructive dialogue in achieving mutually beneficial resolutions. Thus, this article contributes to the development of conflict management theory from the perspective of communication and Islamic values.
