Penerapan Etika Bisnis Islam dalam Praktik Usaha Mikro di Indonesia

Abstract
This study aims to explore the application of Islamic business ethics in micro-enterprise practices in Indonesia. As significant contributors to the economy, micro-enterprises face challenges in implementing Islamic values such as honesty, justice, and social responsibility. This research employs a qualitative approach using phenomenological methods through in-depth interviews and participatory observations of micro-enterprise actors. The findings reveal that entrepreneurs' understanding of Islamic business ethics is often limited to normative aspects, while its application in daily business practices is hindered by economic pressures and a lack of structural support. However, entrepreneurs who consistently adhere to Islamic principles tend to achieve higher customer trust and more harmonious business relationships. This study underscores the need for training and policies that support the sustainable implementation of Islamic business ethics. The implications highlight the necessity for relevant educational strategies and further research to delve deeper into the impact of applying Islamic business ethics on micro-enterprises
