Transformasi Pendidikan Melalui Teater  Sebagai Media Komunikasi di Sekolah

This study aims to explore educational transformation through theater as a medium of communication in schools. Theater, as a form of performing arts, has significant potential in improving students' communication, collaboration, and empathy skills. Through a qualitative approach, this study involved observation and in-depth interviews with teachers and students at various levels of education, from Kindergarten (TK) to college. The results of the study indicate that theater activities not only function as a means of self-expression but also create an interactive learning space and support students' social-emotional development. In addition, theater helps students understand various perspectives and improves their ability to communicate effectively. This study concludes that the integration of theater in the educational curriculum can have a significant positive impact on the learning process and character development of students. These findings are expected to provide recommendations for educators and school administrators to adopt theater-based learning methods as an innovative way to create a more dynamic and enjoyable learning environment
