1. Darajat: Jurnal Pendidikan Agama Islam means that the author or authors retain the copyright on the paper. Darajat.JPAI is granted an exclusive non-commercial reuse license by the author, but the author may incorporate the article onto the website, distribute it to colleagues, provide it to students, use it in your thesis, etc., as long as its use is not directed for commercial gain or for personal gain.
2. Authors may reuse images and tables and other information contained in their papers published by Darajat.JPAI in subsequent papers or works without having to ask anyone for permission, provided that the images, tables or other information included in the paper or work new properly refers to published papers as the source of images, tables or other information, and the new article or work is not intended for direct personal or commercial gain.
3. Darajat.JPAI provides direct open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports greater global exchange of knowledge. This journal is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License. This license allows others to mix, and build upon your work on a non-commercial basis, and while their new work must also be recognized & non-commercial, they do not need to license their derivative works on the same terms.
4. Darajat.JPAI Open Access is distributed under a Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA). Articles can be read and shared for non-commercial purposes with the following conditions:

CC: You must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made

SA: ShareAlike you must distribute your contributions under the same license as the original.
