Publication Fees

Madinah: Jurnal Studi Islam does not charge any submission fee.

Article Processing Charge (APC)

The Article Processing Charge (APC) is applied only after the manuscript has been formally accepted through the peer-review and editorial decision process. Payment of the APC does not influence editorial decisions, peer-review results, or manuscript acceptance.

The APC rates are as follows:

1. Indonesian author(s) only: IDR 500,000 / USD 30 per article
2. Indonesian author(s) with international co-author(s): IDR 300,000 / USD 20 per article
3. International author(s) only: Free of charge

The APC is used to support editorial management, website maintenance, DOI registration, plagiarism checking, layout editing, metadata management, and online publication.

Payment Instructions

Payment instructions will be sent to the authors only after the manuscript has been officially accepted for publication.

After completing the payment, authors are required to confirm the payment by sending the proof of transfer via WhatsApp to +62 857 4677 9082.

Funding Statement

Madinah: Jurnal Studi Islam is supported by Institut Agama Islam Tarbiyatut Tholabah. Part of the journal’s publication costs is also covered by the Article Processing Charge (APC) paid by authors after manuscript acceptance.

Waiver and Refund Policy

International authors are not charged any APC. Waiver or discount requests may be considered by the editorial team under specific circumstances. Such requests do not influence editorial decisions.

The APC is non-refundable after the article has been published, except in cases of administrative error by the journal.
