Kajian Teoritis Manajemen Kurikulum Untuk Peningkatan Kualitas Pendidikan
Quality education is a major factor in shaping individuals who are skilled and can adapt to the times. Curriculum management plays an important role in ensuring the effectiveness of the learning process through systematic planning, implementation and evaluation. A well-designed curriculum should be able to provide students with meaningful learning experiences in addition to concentrating on delivering knowledge. This research aims to examine curriculum management as a means to improve educational standards. This research uses a method with a type of literature study by collecting data from various literatures, which are relevant to the theme of the discussion, then critically analyzed to produce a comprehensive conclusion. The result of this research is that good curriculum management greatly contributes to improving the quality of education. Careful curriculum planning allows adjustments to the needs of students and the times. Proper implementation ensures the achievement of learning objectives, while continuous evaluation provides feedback for curriculum improvement. In addition, the utilization of appropriate teaching materials and learning media helps create a more interactive and immersive learning experience. In conclusion, structured curriculum management can significantly improve the quality of education. Therefore, an educational institution needs to implement a systematic strategy in managing the curriculum so that learning runs optimally and in accordance with the demands of the times.
